Intern for the Los Angeles Film Festival:

Interns are a vital component of the LA Film Fest. Interns learn the inner workings of what it takes to run a Festival, and gain valuable experience at the same time.

Unpaid spring internships are available in the following departments:

• Events/Production
• Filmmaker/Guest Hospitality
• Marketing/Web
• Programming/Submissions
• Publicity
• Sponsorship/Fundraising
• Technical/Projection

Depending on the department, internships run from May 6 – July 12 or June 1 – 30. Interns are required to work one day per week and then be available full-time between June 10 – 28.

Candidates interested in the Sponsorship/Fundraising Department should send resumes directly to development@filmindependent.org.

Candidates for all other departments should submit a resume to internjobs@filmindependent.org.

Spring Intern applications are accepted beginning March 1, 2013. The email subject line of Intern applications should be submitted in the following format: the words “INTERN APP” should appear in capital letters, followed by your first and last name in Title Case (example, “INTERN APP – Ronald McDonald”).

Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews beginning in April 2013.
