Everyone wants their film to get into Sundance, but before you set your sights on the Sundance prize, come and learn more about the festival’s different programs. Prior to this year’s Sundance Festival entry deadlines (shorts – Sep 5; features – Sep 8), Film Independent is pleased to offer an orientation with Sundance Film Festival representatives John Nein (Festival Programmer) and Todd Luoto (Shorts Programmer). They will discuss the festival’s programming philosophy, the type of films they look for, and the do’s and don’ts when submitting a project.
