Panavision will host an open house for members of Film Independent at their Woodland Hills location. The evening will consist of a presentation of Panavision’s new products and existing equipment followed by dinner and hands-on demos. Products will include the Genesis with the Solid State Recorder, the Millennium XL, the Platinum with the 2-perf movement, the Sony F-23 and the Panasonic P-2 as well as a variety of lenses including the new Gseries anamorphic prime lenses (availability permitting), and the Hylen Lens System. Panavision Remote Systems will also be showcasing new products. The presentation will also include valuable information on Panavision’s new filmmaker program. A reception will follow.
