Through our intensive labs, conferences and seminars, you'll learn from independent film leaders who are committed to teaching the art of filmmaking to the next generation.

On a yearly basis our Education Department produces over 150 events, serving approximately 3,000 people in a variety of programs that range from detailed, hands-on workshops on lighting or Final Cut Pro, to six-week series on the filmmaking business or the art of directing, to our selective Filmmaker Labs.

Tapping into the best industry professionals, our objective is to provide a well-rounded approach to the filmmaking process that will enable our members to become better filmmakers and to achieve their career goals. Our programs include:
