Jane M. Wagner is a documentary filmmaker and television producer based in Los Angeles. Her debut feature documentary Break the Game (2023) had its world premiere at Tribeca, where it won a Special Jury Mention for Best New Documentary Director. Break the Game had its US TV Broadcast on PBS’s 37th Season of POV. In 2023, Wagner was featured in Filmmaker Magazine‘s 25 New Faces of Film and in 2024 she was features in DOCNYC’s 40 Under 40 List. Her work has been supported by the Sundance Institute, Catapult, SFFILM, Film Independent, The IDA and Chicken and Egg.
