Following her graduation from Bogazici University with a BA and MA in Philosophy, she worked as the coordinator for Meetings on the Bridge, and was selected for Sarajevo Talents Producers and MFI / Training for Script Editors. She co-produced The List of Those Who Love Me, which made its international premiere at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival where it won Best Cinematography and went on to win Best Film at the 40th Istanbul Film Festival. Yamalioglu associate produced Dormitory, which premiered in the Orizzonti Section at the Venice Film Festival. Her latest documentary feature, Women with Purple Violets, and her latest narrative feature, Dancing Angels, are both in post-production. She is currently working at Autonomy as a producer.
