Pankaj is a writer-director and impact producer based in New Delhi, India. He is one of the few Asian filmmakers whose work has been broadcast by major networks across the world and on nearly every continent, including the BBC, PBS, DR, NRK, SVT, NHK, ZDF/Arte, and CBC, among others.

All of his films address social and human rights injustices and have traveled widely, winning numerous awards. His feature-length work has been supported by the Sundance Institute, the Norwegian Film Institute, Doc Society, the Bertha Foundation, and others.
