Anthropologist, Master’s in documentary filmmaking,  audiovisual producer, cultural manager, and activist. She began her journey producing Hip Hop music videos in Medellín. Her first film, Songs that Flood the River, premiered at the HotDocs Festival, was awarded Best Documentary Film at the Cinelatino de Toulouse, and Best Documentary by the American Anthropological Society. She coordinates processes of popular education around imagery with ethnic groups, youth, and peace signatories. She is currently developing the documentary Contraction and writing her first fiction script, Rain-Colored Eyes.
