Eshah Shakeel is a film graduate from NCA and co-founder of the production company Last Shot. She has worked as a writer, director, producer and actor on various projects. Realizing her unique voice, she took the risky step towards creating her own company, which focuses on socially urgent issues and the female perspective. She has produced a web-series, Dheet Haddi, and a short film, “Explicit”, both of which she wrote and directed. Her recent works include acting in the theatre show Aaj ki Umrao Jaan, co-writing and acting in the web-series HouseFull BattiGul, and show-running the feature film Gunjal.
