A longtime staple of the LA Film Festival, our Coffee Talks series has brought together filmmakers in lively, fascinating, freewheeling conversations for years. Now, we’ve relaunched the series online so you can join in and enjoy your coffee with other filmmakers at home around the world.

This week’s Coffee Talk starts an hour earlier, as we’re jetting across the pond for an unscripted conversation between director Lenny Abrahamson (Normal People, Room, Frank) and writer/director Amma Asante (Mrs. America, The Handmaid’s Tale, Belle). As always, Members will have a chance to ask questions live.
