Join us for an advanced screening of Universal International Studios’ We Are Lady Parts – Season 2, Episodes 201 and 202, including an in-person conversation with creator/writer/director/executive producer Nida Manzoor, executive producer Surian Fletcher-Jones and producer John Pocock, moderated by Jenelle Riley (Deputy Awards and Features Editor, Variety).

The second season of We Are Lady Parts sees the band return with a renewed artistic mission after the high of their first UK tour, only to find a rival band threatens their delicate status quo. As the reality of chasing success sets in, Lady Parts embark on recording their first album, juggling personal ambitions and deciding whether “making it big” is really what they wanted.

We Are Lady Parts Season 2 will be released on Peacock on May 30, 2024.

Film Lover Members are guaranteed access to, and receive priority entry at this event. Arts Circle Members are guaranteed access, and receive both priority entry and reserved seating. Email membership@filmindependent.org for more.

All Film Independent Members and the general public can register for this event starting at 4:00 pm PT on Monday, May 13. | Registration is free; one registration per individual.
 

Tickets/Parking

On the day of the event, registrants may pick up tickets as early as one hour prior to the scheduled start time – look for Film Independent signage. Tickets are nontransferable and for general, unreserved theater seating only (except for Arts Circle Members). Attendees must be in their seat(s) at least 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time or seat(s) may be released. Entry/seating will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may not enter the venue without the Member who registered them present. Registration does not guarantee entry, even with a ticket in hand.

Masks are optional. This is subject to change as we continue to monitor public health guidance.

Complimentary self-parking is available at the Avalon Lot (1749 Vine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028) and the East Vine Lot (1720 Vine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028).
