Ramy Youssef is an Egyptian-American comedian, writer, actor and director. He received a Golden Globe® for his leading role on the critically-acclaimed Hulu show, Ramy, which he also created. The second season of the show received high praise and debuted on the platform on May 29. Two-time Academy Award®- winner Mahershala Ali joined the cast this season. Youssef’s first one-hour comedy special, Feelings, was filmed at the Chicago Cultural Center and debuted on HBO in 2019 to outstanding reviews. Additionally, he has signed an overall deal with A24 to create and develop new projects for the independent studio. Under this deal, he is currently working on television shows at Apple and Netflix.
