Film Independent, through our Emergency Filmmaker Relief Fund, will provide grants to Fellows of Film Independent Artist Development, as well as Film Independent Alumni, including Spirit Awards nominees and LA Film Festival alums (writer, directors, producers, cinematographers and editors) whose livelihoods have been disproportionately impacted by the Los Angeles wildfires.

Grants will range from $500 to $5,000 to offer immediate relief, with priority going to those who have lost or sustained significant damage to their homes and are displaced during this devastating time.

Submissions will be accepted soon, via submittable.com.

Film Independent will provide support to as many Fellows and Alumni as possible, and we are actively fundraising with that goal in mind. Please stay tuned for further updates.
