Logline

When she spends a weekend at a lake cabin with a friend she’s known her whole life, seventeen-year-old Noa learns that trust has a texture – and it peels.

Synopsis

Seventeen-year-old Noa spends a weekend at a remote lake cabin with Jake, a longtime family friend whose familiar affection gradually becomes invasive. After discovering that he has been secretly photographing her, Noa begins shedding strange strips of skin, while her truck becomes encased in a thick, living membrane. As Jake behaves as though nothing has changed, Noa must recognize the threat beneath their intimacy and tear herself free.
