Bio
Aimee Jennings is a television and experimental film editor. She received her BFA in film from the University of Maryland and her MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. She has worked on various unscripted programs for Vice, Lifetime and MTV. Her scripted programs includes work on S.W.A.T., Grey’s Anatomy and Grown-ish. Her recent work includes editing Hulu’s limited series The Other Black Girl and Washington Black. Her film work has included directing the award winning short films that have screened at Ann Arbor FF, Tribeca and HollyShorts. She is the chair of the Motion Picture Editors Guild Women’s Committee. Currently, she is in post production of her first experimental feature under the FI fiscal sponsorship program.
