Chantal Van Riet is a producer with several projects in development. From 1996-2001, she worked in film festival programming for the Sundance Film Festival. She acted as a liaison to filmmakers, tracked 4000+ titles submitted annually, contributed to the film guide, and introduced filmmakers to audiences.

In addition, Van Riet coordinated a variety of projects year-round including the Sundance Institute’s annual Independent Producers Conference. Sundance continues to retain her on a consultancy basis to screen feature and short films for possible inclusion in the festival line-up.

Van Riet is a graduate of Smith College with a degree in Economics. Currently, she has two shorts in post-production.
