Bio
Dustin Brown is an award-winning director, screenwriter and editor passionate about telling character-driven, socially conscious stories. A graduate of AFI’s Directing Program, his work has been recognized at Cannes, BAFTA and Clermont-Ferrand.
His short films Solidarity and Clarity have won numerous awards and received support from Film Independent, Kodak and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. His powerful, viral animal rights shorts Casa de Carne and Super Cow have received millions of views and earned multiple Telly Awards.
Currently, he is in post-production on his debut feature Solidarity, executive produced by Darren Aronofsky, which received the Film Independent Picture Shop Grant.
