She is the founder of Killary CineLab, a film ecosystem with a gender perspective designed to boost women’s participation in the film industry. She produces both fiction and documentary feature films through her company, OjoAgua Cine. She has directed the Cali International Film Festival since 2023, where her leadership has driven affirmative action initiatives for women filmmakers.
