Jaime Ballesteros started his career working on commercials and music videos. Eventually gravitating away from commercial work, he co-founded an LA based social-impact production company as a means to synthesize production for communities of color. Today, he has pivoted into narrative film to make the stories most interwoven in Los Angeles accessible to wider audiences.

He produced the proof-of-concept for Blue Veil, which U.S. premiered in SFFILM followed by Palm Springs FF. Today, he is attached to produce the feature for Blue Veil, which has been supported by the Sundance Institute, Film Independent, SFFILM Rainin, The Black List, The Cannes List and The Gotham Film and Media Institute.
