Kristina Thomas launched her filmmaking career by winning $50,000 to direct a TV pilot for MTV/Endemol. After paying dues script coordinating for several shows, her feature script Worth It was semi-finalist for WIF/The Black List competition. Her pilots have placed in BET’s Project Cre8, HollyShorts; while her short films screened at Toronto Black Film Festival, BronzeLens (Oscar qualifying), and won best narrative short at BraveMaker Film Festival. Kristina’s consulted on NAACP award-winning scripted podcasts and wrote for HBO’s Demimonde and CBS’s FBI: International.
