Bio

Lex White is a freelance writer in Santa Monica, CA. Being the son of a Marine (ie; “military brat”), he called five different states home by the time he was seven. When he finally settled in Texas, he founded and authored the first newsletter produced by his elementary school. It was this foundation that encouraged him to continue writing in other mediums and begin developing dynamic characters, many of which have managed to survive his fierce keystroke to this day. From there, he wrote and directed plays and radio dramas before he enrolled in a private university. His focus grew toward character development because he believed a solid character arc could be written in any world under any genre. The trend continued, bringing him to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where he obtained his B.A in Screenwriting and a number of artistic achievement awards for screenplays he wrote and short films he produced. Now equipped with a college education and a career path, White continues to freelance as a writer/producer and currently has taken a professional interest in advertisement. He intends to apply his acquired experience in life and the work force to his writing career, and continues to aggressively improve his growing portfolio and aptitude as a writer.
