Nikon Romanchenko is a Kyiv-based director, screenwriter, and film editor. He is one of the co-founders of the Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema collective and a Berlinale Talents Alumni 2019. His directorial works have been screened at Sarajevo FF, GoShort IFF, Molodist IFF, and Odesa IFF, where he received the Best Director award with his latest film “Leopolis Night”. Nikon is currently developing his debut feature film, which was presented in Cottbus and was supported by Göteborg FF.
