Sailesh R.C. (LSM) is a Nepali filmmaker from western Nepal working across fiction, documentary, and hybrid forms. His films have received awards at the Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival and the Human Rights Film Festival, and have screened internationally in Nepal, the Busan Film Festival, Bangladesh, Slovenia, the UK, and the US.

He is a fellow of the Global Media Makers Los Angeles Residency by Film Independent in 2023, and is currently developing the short film ‘The Freezer’ with MASO Films (Norway) and a feature project supported by the Asian Cinema Fund. Beyond filmmaking, he is the founder of Know Pages, Know Screen, Nepal’s yearly youth-focused screenwriting workshop.
