Bio

Ted Speaker was a producer on Lynn Shelton’s 2009 Sundance darling, Humpday, and worked with Shelton on her previous feature, My Effortless Brilliance. Speaker co-produced Dusty Bias’s 2011 film, Prairie Love, which premiered at Sundance in 2011 and went on to win two Grand Jury prizes and an Emerging Filmmaker award for Bias. Speaker was an associate producer and composer on Amber Sealey’s award-winning second feature, How to Cheat (Los Angeles Film Festival, 2011), and is producing Dusty Bias’ upcoming sophomore feature, Big Man, starring Jeremy Davies and Melanie Lynskey. He also has a wealth of experience in programming, marketing, and sales, and is an accomplished musician and composer.
