Tulica Singh is a writer director based in LA, with a degree in film Production from USC. In 2021 she was chosen for the Sundance Screenwriting Lab and Comedy Central grant. She is the creator of the Vimeo staff picked web-series, Croissant Man, one of the first independent series to be distributed through Amazon Prime. Her essay Ras Malai is one of many short stories to be included in Zosia Mamet’s anthology My First Popsicle. Tulica is dedicated to writing projects that blend satire with sincerity.
