Zaid is a Jordanian screenwriter and creative producer dedicated to telling meaningful stories through film & TV. As head writer and creative producer of Sesame Workshop’s “Ahlan Simsim,” he helped shape a groundbreaking show to over 30 million Arab children. His work includes an Emmy Award nomination, a Palme d’Or-nominated short film, and an MBC Award-winning documentary.

With an MFA from the Red Sea Institute of Cinematic Arts in collaboration with USC, BaQaeen has worked as a film advisor at the Royal Film Commission and currently teaches Film at SAE Institute. His passion for storytelling continues to push boundaries, inspire, and resonate.
