Ariq Anam Khan is a versatile writer, director, actor, and producer from Bangladesh. Born into a culturally renowned family in Dhaka, he has been active in the country’s theatre, film, and television industries since 2008. A passionate cinephile from a young age, his work is rooted in telling deeply human stories—films that are cinematic, socially relevant, and resonate within a universal context. In 2019, Ariq completed his MA in Filmmaking at the London Film School with distinction. His 2020 short film, Transit, premiered at international festivals including Busan and Clermont- Ferrand. He is also a 2022 alumnus of Global Media Makers.
