Evan Mascagni is an award-winning director and producer based in Kentucky. His latest documentary feature Building a Bridge premiered at the Tribeca Festival and was executive produced by Martin Scorsese. 

Named to DOC NYC’s 40 Under 40 emerging filmmakers, Mascagni’s recent work has been featured on Sundance TV, AMC+, and PBS. His work has been supported by ITVS, The Redford Center and Perspective Fund.

He co-founded Player Piano Productions, mentors young filmmakers for the non-profit organization BYkids and is a co-founder of the Southern Documentary Chapter of the collective Filmshop.
