From digital media to live theater, Ewea Teresa loves storytelling in all forms. She loves its contradictory ability to help you escape the world around you and pull you more deeply into it, thus she is drawn to innovative world building, misfit characters and cross-cultural narratives. Holding multiple marginalized identities herself, she is committed to supporting queer, Black and brown filmmakers and uplifting narratives that bring us closer to the world she wishes to live in. She is based in Los Angeles where she is a 2025 Film Independent Project Involve Fellow.
