Jaycie Luo is a competitive ice hockey player turned film executive who is passionate about shedding light on stories from historically underrepresented communities. She graduated from USC with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and got her start working in film finance and sales at various companies. She currently works at MRC, where she oversees film marketing and publicity campaigns as well as ensures smooth studio operations across business functions. She is excited to be a part of the 2025 Film Independent Project Involve cohort, and through this fellowship she aims to shepherd the next generation of emerging filmmakers in the feature space.
