A longtime staple of the LA Film Festival, our Coffee Talks series has brought together filmmakers in lively, fascinating, freewheeling conversations for years. Now, we’ve relaunched the series online so you can join in and enjoy your coffee with other filmmakers at home around the world.

This week, we’re thrilled to host a quartet of formidable female filmmakers, hand-picked by our good friend, actor Yolonda Ross. Joining her are directors Jennifer Phang (Advantageous, Half Life), Numa Perrier (Jezebel, Queen Sugar), Stephanie Turner (Justine) and actor/writer Elizabeth Rodriguez (Orange Is the New Black, Fear the Walking Dead). Tune in for some fun, unpredictable, live conversation and the opportunity to submit your questions to the group.
