Lillie Fleshler

Picture Motion

Lillie Fleshler is an Impact Distribution Manager at Picture Motion, facilitating grassroots screening tours that enhance the reach and impact of social-issue films. Some of her recent screening tour titles include the Peabody Award-winning True Justice: Bryan Stevenson’s Fight for Equality (HBO), Blood Sugar Rising (PBS) and Roll Red Roll (POV). She also ran community screenings for MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A. (Cinereach) during her time at the boutique distribution firm Film Sprout. Previously, she was an Associate Producer at Insignia Films for titles such as Sealab (PBS) and Into the Canyon (National Geographic). She has also volunteered as a screener for the NYC Indie Film Festival and the Brooklyn Film Festival. An aspiring filmmaker & cinephile, her film Ma Chère Helen screened at La Cinémathèque française during their 2014 François Truffaut rétrospective. A lifelong New Yorker, she currently resides in Brooklyn.
