As a cinematographer and associate producer, Dinsmoor shot Baltimore Rising, a feature documentary for HBO about the death of Freddie Gray and the Baltimore Uprising. In 2019, Dinsmoor’s first feature documentary Pyne Poynt aired on PBS about a little league coached by the formerly incarcerated in Camden, NJ. Dinsmoor’s work has been published by HBO, Netflix, A&E, The New York Times, The Guardian, VICE News Tonight, PBS and Entertainment Weekly. In 2018, Dinsmoor won Panasonic’s Share Your Vision Contest in Non-Fiction and was selected as a Saul Zaentz Film & Media Fellow at Johns Hopkins University.
